Free shipping on orders of $75.00 for Store Merchandise only. 

At this time, I am only shipping to the Continental United States.  Hopefully in the future we will be able to accommodate elsewhere.

  • *We ship in the order as they are received.  We will do our best to ship your order as quickly as possible.  Generally, items will ship within 2-3days or sooner. We appreciate your patience, during special promotions, holidays etc. which may cause delays.
  • *Items that have to be special ordered, are ordered specifically for you and may require additional time to fill the order. You will be notified with approximate delivery.
  • *Please let us know if you need something expedited or special requests. We will do our best to accommodate.
  • *Our standard method of shipment is U.S.P.S. with an average delivery time of 7–10 business days.  I will ship UPS when the need arises.  Please keep in mind that even though we try to get your orders to you in a timely manner, I CANNOT CONTROL OR GUARANTEE deliveries on or by a certain date.  UPS or USPS has had significant issues since Covid-19 causing many shortages with staff and further carrier services.
  • *Shipping and Handling will be applied on your invoice.
  • *If I use UPS, they require a street address and NOT a PO Box for delivery.

RETURN POLICY ON STORE ITEMS

Prairie Quiltings wants you to be happy with your items purchased.  Items “sold as is” are not returnable as these items are “pre-owned” and are in the condition as shown/described.  New products such as batting or thread may be returned unopened and in original packaging for a credit, exchange or refund.

DAMAGED GOODS

Even though we do not expect packages to be damaged through the shipping process, it happens and is beyond Prairie Quiltings control once it is picked up by USPS or UPS.

If you receive a damaged package, TAKE A PHOTO OF PACKAGE BEFORE OPENING IT.  Contact us right away and we will work with you to solve this issue as quickly and efficiently as possible.

 

Sales Tax

Sales tax is be automatically applied at checkout applicable states within the United States.
